Pushchair Pet Parents

Whether you’ve seen them in the park, passed them on the street, or just seen pictures of them online, you’ve most likely come across one of these overenthusiastic owners! Most likely referring to themselves as pet parents, you’ll see them taking their fur babies (usually a Pug or Chihuahua) for a stroll in a pushchair. Bonus points if the pet has a designer outfit of their own!

Disciplined Dog Owners

This lean, mean, dog-training machine has their pup obeying their every command! The disciplined dog will stick right to their owner’s heel, no lead required. They won’t be tempted to meet and play with other dogs, and if your dog runs up to them wanting to play, you’ll probably get a stern word! Despite seeming like a militant relationship, the pair are real partners. You need a lot of time and dedication to develop that kind of bond!

Carefree Canine Companions

The polar opposite of Disciplined Dog Owners, the dog of this owner will be friendly and hyperactive. The dog will spot you and your pup from a mile away, heading towards you at breakneck speed to introduce themselves! Meanwhile, the owner can be anywhere within a 500-yard radius, oblivious to the trouble their pooch is getting themselves into. After all, dogs will be dogs!

The Rent-an-Owner

A canine lover through and through, The Rent-an-Owner comes in two distinct flavours. You might see them several times a day, each time with a new pup in tow. Alternatively, you’ll run into them when they’re in charge of what looks to be an impossible number of dogs of all shapes and sizes, a tangle of leads sprouting from their wrist. You’ll wonder whether they get paid for these dog walking duties, or if they live with all of these pups! You may never know…

Who’s Walking Who?

This dog owner is desperately trying to maintain some form of control over their four-legged friend. It’s not working. If they’re on the lead, this dog’s taking the walk into their own paws! You’ll see the owner being dragged along by a dog twice their size. If they’re off lead, the owner is most likely making a futile attempt to stop them from causing chaos. Despite the pooch ruling the roost, secretly, the owner wouldn’t have it any other way!
